Rent Beachfront Villa Anemona near Old Town Trogir and spend an excellent vacation with your family or friends. 

The open space layout of the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living room. Modern kitchen features refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, blender, Bosch filter coffee machine, plates, and cutlery for up to 10 people. The sizeable dining table is for 10 people.

One of Beachfront Villa Anemona's 5 bedrooms is placed on the ground floor. The other 4 bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors. Villa also has a children's bedroom with two separate beds. Every bedroom, except the children's bedroom, has an en suite bathroom.

The Master bedroom is 35 m2 big and it is located on the first floor. This bedroom has a king-size bed and exit to the shared balcony with an outdoor seating area. Also, this bedroom features a bathtub next to the bed. Other bedrooms have a double bed configuration (160 cm).

Beachfront Villa Anemona has 3 living areas. One for each floor. Ground floor living room comes with a 3-person sofa, two armchairs, smart TV with Netflix presetting, and a sea view.  

Villa has first and second floor have a living area with smart TV and comfortable sofa or armchairs and an exit to a shared balcony with outdoor seating furniture.

From the ground floor, you exit to a balcony with an outdoor dining table and a large terrace with a 40 m2 heated pool, 10 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue.

Villa has 3 parking spaces of which one is in a garage. 

The location of the villa is perfect. Beach, restaurants, shops, café bars are all within a 10-minute walk from the villa.  From here you can easily go exploring neighboring cities Split and Trogir that are ideal for a day trip.

Very clean, modern and nice Villa with a good location between Trogir and Split. Free parking just outside the house and local stores a few minutes walk from there. Our host was very friendly, helpful and answered textmessage directly. You find everything you need for a pleasant stay in this very fresh flat!

Very clean. close walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches.Buses are about a 5 minute walk away and Split old town is about a 25 minute trip.

Facing the sea view and work is just fantastic. Grocery store is close and the kitchen is fully equipped. Host responds very fast too. Would recommend!
