Welcome to our Luxury Villa Spotlight in Kastela and dive into your dream vacation. This modern 4-star villa can accommodate up to twelve guests and is conveniently situated halfway between the cities of Split and Trogir.

An open space ground floor consists of a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Bright colors dominate the interior and are contrasted by the black fireplace and comfortable petrol green-colored angled furniture arrangement. 

Big glass walls from the living room offer direct access to the outdoor terrace. 

Here you will find the summer kitchen with a wood-fire barbecue and an outside dining area for family or friends’ gatherings by the pool.

This fully fenced property features a 50m2 infinity pool and twelve beach chairs. Here you can lie down and enjoy the sun in privacy. Just imagine sipping your favorite cocktail while enjoying the views of the blue Adriatic Sea and the Ciovo peninsula.

The first floor of the house features 5 bedrooms, all of which have an en suite bathroom and a sea view. 

Additionally, an entertainment area for futsal, table tennis, and badminton, as well as a fitness room with fitness equipment can be found on the level below the pool.

This villa also has five private parking places available and offers the possibility to organize weddings or events upon request (with a surcharge).

We had a wonderful time at this luxurious villa during the Easter holidays, staying with family and our five children. The property exceeded all our expectations! The house is perfectly equipped, with spacious and comfortable bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), a large living room ideal for relaxing together, and a beautifully equipped kitchen perfect for shared cooking. The children were absolutely thrilled with the saltwater pool, where they spent countless hours. The outdoor area around the pool is beautifully organized, and the fantastic artificial turf sports field – protected from the wind – quickly became one of our kids’ favorite spots for games and fun. The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host, Davor, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive to anything we needed. A car is necessary to get around, but everything is within easy reach – the attractions of Split and Trogir are nearby, and shops, fish markets, cafés, and restaurants are easily accessible by car. We highly recommend this place – thank you for an unforgettable stay!
