Nestled by the sea, just a minute's walk from the beach, Luxury Villa Glass with Pool offers unparalleled sea views through its expansive glass windows. A contemporary staircase seamlessly connects every corner of the villa, ensuring ease of movement throughout.

The main living area, situated on the first floor, comprises a stylish decorated living room, kitchen, and dining room. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, creating a welcoming ambiance.

The living room, adorned in neutral tones, offers breathtaking sea views and opens onto a terrace with a cozy lounge area, perfect for gatherings with friends and family. The dinning room has one of the villa's most distinctive features —a captivating glass floor showcasing a dining area for up to ten guests. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, ensuring a luxurious vacation experience.

Four modernly decorated bedrooms spread across different levels of the villa, offer privacy and comfort for guests.  Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor while the other two bedrooms are on the top floor. Each bedroom features a private terrace with stunning sea views. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, and its own bathroom with shower.  The master bedroom boasts a bathroom with two showers.

Baby cot and high chair are available upon request, catering to families with little ones. The extra sleeping space for two people can be provided on request. There is a large convertible sofa bed next to the fitness area.

In the basement area, guests can unwind in the lounge area or stay active in the well-equipped home gym with table tennis facilities. The shaded outdoor dining area, complete with a wood-fire grill, provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals with your loved ones.

The Luxury Villa Glass with Pool features multiple sunny terraces. You can soak up the sun and enjoy the Croatian summer to the fullest.

The home is impressive! The rooms are spacious, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the decor is both stylish and cozy. The outdoor dining area was perfect for group meals, and the seamless indoor-outdoor living made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, this property took our breath away! The modern architecture, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and stunning open-concept design make this a true luxury retreat. Every detail is lovely crafted, from the elegant furnishings to the ambient lighting that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The highlight for us was the outdoor space—an incredible infinity pool, spacious terraces, and multiple lounge areas offering breathtaking views.
