Villa Novella encompasses a private plot of 500 square meters, with a residential area of 250 square meters. It is semi-detached and neighbors its sister Villa Maritea. Each of them is completely private and soundproofed.

Villa Novella with heated pool offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, outdoor swimming pool, sunny terrace, and gas barbecue. It is suitable for 7 to 9 guests at once.

The first bedroom is the biggest one, and it is located on the ground floor. It has a large double bed and a separate single bed. It comes with a private bathroom with a shower and has a direct exit to the terrace. The second and the third bedroom are on the first floor. Each of them has direct access to a sea view balcony. They are equipped with large double beds and private bathrooms with shower.

The living room is on the ground floor and boasts large sofa seating that can be converted into an additional sleeping bed for two. Here you will also find a Smart TV with satellite channels and a pre-installed Netflix App.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything for cooking and food storage. Kitchen appliances and gadgets include dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave oven, blender, juicer, kettle, and DeLonghi coffee maker.

The living room opens to an outdoor lounge and pool terrace. The pool has a shallow end. It is 9 meters long and 3 meters wide. It comes with a heating option so you can enjoy swimming in preseason and postseason.

For the entertainment and fun at the Villa Novella, you will find provided Play Station console, table tennis, table soccer, and billiards.

Villa Novella is fully air-conditioned. Free Wi-Fi is available indoors and outdoors. Free parking for up to 3 cars is secured on-site. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, drying rack, and ironing facilities. A safety deposit box is available in the villa. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Makarska city is famous for its lively old town and beautiful seafront promenade. Here you will find many fish and meat restaurants and taverns. The city beaches are clean. You will find many souvenir shops, lounge bars, and rental shops. So, you can hire a jet ski, small boats, paddleboards, or sunbeds on the beach. Within a short drive away you can visit other places in Makarska Riviera, and visit some of the many beaches with turquoise sea. The popular hiking point is the mountain Biokovo. For day trips we recommend cruising to islands Hvar and Brac or taking the rafting tour in the nearby city Omis.

Wunderbare Lage und Gebäude. Ein bisschen weit vom Strand entfernt, also ist ein Taxi oder Auto einfacher, wenn Sie das tun möchten. Wir zogen es vor, die Menschenmassen zu meiden, also verbrachten wir viel Zeit im Haus. Der Gastgeber war großartig darin, bei verschiedenen Fragen / Aktivitäten zu helfen.

The villa exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of six. The kitchen was really well stocked and perfect for cooking evening meals, it was so relaxing beeing out on the terrace.
